Lantern Workshops
Light up the longest night with your own lantern. Everyone who makes a lantern becomes part of the procession on Carnival night. Almost anyone can make a lantern and its heaps of fun. All materials are provided and trained instructors are on hand. This is a great family activity. Children must be accompanied by an adult. It takes roughly two hours to make a lantern.

It is essential to book for the lantern workshops as their are limited places. Click the link on right to go to booking page. One of our staff must confirm your booking before you attend.
Cost
Each lantern made at the workshops costs $5 to cover materials used.
Workshop Details
Workshop details for 2012 are yet to be confirmed but generally all sessions run between 10am–4.30pm. Each session takes approximately 2hours. We advise getting onto our Carnival e-newsletter as workshops were booked up pretty quickly last year and this way we can keep you informed as soon as details are confirmed.
